Low Cost Loyalty Program

 
 
There are only three ways to build a business.

1.                  Get your customers to spend more often
2.
                  Get your customers to spend larger amounts
3.
                  Gain more customers

Of these three ways the first two are the easiest to achieve - if properly presented.  One proven way of achieving this is to introduce a ‘customer rewards program’ through the introduction of loyalty cards in which customers work towards gifts that have a high perceived value with each purchase that they make.

According to the Financial Times - “As a customer’s relationship with a company grows, its profits rise and not just a little.”

With a view to getting your customers to spend more often and in larger amounts, Eurocom Marketing Ltd invites you to trial its Low Cost Loyalty Program – a program that has been designed specifically for smaller businesses that may not be able to afford more costly schemes.

Whereas most loyalty programs cost from many hundreds/thousands to tens of thousands of pounds to implement the Eurocom Program can be fully implemented for as little as £80 (+ VAT).

For this you get:

1.         100 pre-printed loyalty cards which you give to your customers. Each loyalty card allows for up to 10 stampings, and is pre-printed with the words “Receive a free gift worth over £1,000 when you spend not less than £250 with us over the next 3 months”. It is important to specify a fixed amount and also to set a time frame that is realistic and achievable. More cards beyond the first 100 can be bought in packs of 100 @ £12.50 + VAT per pack.

2.         1 gold star pre-inked stamp which you use to stamp one of the boxes each time a customer spends with you. You would also write the amount spent to the nearest pounds in the box. This way, both you and your customer can keep tabs on the amount spent as he/she moves towards their goal. You may also issue till receipts and ask that these be retained.  Additional pre-inked stamps can be acquired at £5 each + VAT.

3.         5 of our current reward booklets giving up to 21 nights free hotel accommodation at over 200 hotels across the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands. The value of the accommodation ranges from £50 night to as much as £200 night, and when averaged out at just £75 night, each booklet effectively offers at least £1,500 worth of free accommodation. Even at the lowest value the free accommodation is worth at least £1,000. The only condition is that booklet holders are required to take their breakfast and dinner at participating properties. Further reward booklets can be bought from Eurocom Marketing (www.FreeHotelsUK.com)   as required at prices ranging from £12.50 to as low as £5 each (depending on order size).

If you set £250 as the qualifying spend then the maximum ‘discount’ you are giving is 5% (based on the booklets costing £12.50). This can drop to as low as 2% when you purchase larger quantities.

No matter what quantities of booklets you purchase this is a far more effective way of boosting business than simply giving CASH discountsof 10-25% or more that go to the very heart of your cash flow and profits
thus destroying your ‘bottom line’ 
 

You will also find that a number of customers will start the process of collecting rewards but will not complete. When you factor these purchases into the
promotion, the cost of rewards could end up dropping to as low as 1%
of goods/services bought from you.
